We’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions and answers for your convenience. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

HOW DO WE KNOW THE QUALITY OF THE ITEM?

You can be confident in the knowledge that I put a lot of time and care into the items we select, everything we sell is to a high standard, at an affordable price that I personally would purchase myself. 


Although our items are preloved, some brand new with tag they still have so much more life to give. 

All items are washed and ironed prior to being uploaded to the website and this gives us the time to fully quality check the items.


Any blemishes on an item will be clearly explained in the description and/or with photos.

Items which I feel are not up to standard are not displayed on our website and will either be recycled or donated to charity for another life. 


WHERE DO THE ITEMS COME FROM?

Items are purchased from busy parents/carers who are looking to make space in their child's wardrobe. Maybe their child has grown out of the items but they have so much more life and adventures left in them, this is where we come in!

We currently only purchase locally (North West Leicestershire) - if you are in our local area and would like to know more about how to sell to us please contact us.

Parcel Delivery

Order total: £0.00 - £3.00 = £3.000 P&P

Order total: £3.00+ = £4.00 P&P

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of the order placement. 

RETURNS

All items bought from www.relovemechildrenswear are eligible for return and refund within 14 days from the original date of receipt by post, or collection date if local collection.
The customer is responsible for paying return postage to us for items which are not wanted, unless they are deemed as faulty. 

To arrange a return please email us at relovemechildrenswear@yahoo.com with your name, order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return (i.e. faulty, wrong size, not liked). Items must be returned to us either in person or by post before a refund will be processed. Items must be returned to us in the same condition they were sent out in.

Any return/refund requests AFTER 14 days from the original date of receipt by post or collection date will not be accepted, therefore please ensure you have checked your items and are happy before the 14 day period is over.
